Configuration: 6 × 120 US Gallon tanks
Footprint & Use Case: Moderate multi-fluid, high-capacity requirement
With six 120-gallon tanks, this model suits operations that do not require extreme fluid variety but do demand high capacity. It supports mid-range multiple fluids while still achieving high throughput. The system continues to deliver independent purification and dispensing per tank, bund/spill containment, safety-rated hose assemblies, pre-assembled delivery, and upgradeability.
Strong capacity for multiple heavy-use lubricants
Good middle ground between maximal variety and bulk capacity
Retains modular virtues
Contamination Control & Purity Assurance
Each tank in the system is equipped with its own dedicated pump and filter assembly, preventing cross-contamination and maintaining high levels of oil cleanliness.
Spill Containment & Regulatory Compliance
All models incorporate integrated bunds (spill containment) designed to meet SPCC (USA) and similar local regulatory standards, protecting your facility from accidental overfill or leaks.
Fire Safety
Standard flame-resistant fire suppression hose assemblies (MSHA CFR30 rated) safeguard dispensing operations.
Pre-assembled Delivery
Systems ship fully assembled and factory-tested, reducing installation time on site
Modular & Customisable
While these 10 are standard offerings, the architecture is modular, so configurations can be tailored (tank sizes, number of tanks, layout) plus add-ons like hose reels, overfill alarms, custom labelling, etc.
Compliance, Safety, Best Practice
These systems support key industrial practices: 5S/LEAN, honour “Right Product, Right Place, Right Time, Right Amount, Right Attitude” synchronization between the lube room and point of use, and enhanced operator safety and clarity through colour-coding and ID labelling.
Operating & Safety Limits
Internal operating pressure must be managed (never exceed ~300 psi unless otherwise specified), bulk tanks must be vented (ideally via desiccant air breathers), and only non-volatile fluids (with flashpoint above ~65.5 °C / 150 °F) should be used.
Choose from one of our standard or combined pre-configured systems or configure your own way by determining the number and size of tanks that best suites your requirements.
