Condition Monitoring Pod® (CMP®) with M42x2.0, Magnet, Fe Corrosion Indic.
The Condition Monitoring Pod® (CMP®) is a patented multi-parameter inspection tool that revolutionizes daily one-minute inspections. Made from ultra-durable, crystal-clear, and chemically resistant Tritan™ material, the CMP provides an almost 360° view of the oil. The flat front face is designed for easy use with a pen light or camera for detailed inspection and analysis.
It features a visible corrosion indicator that alerts you when the oil’s chemistry changes, signaling potential metal corrosion. The CMP also includes a magnetic plug that captures and displays ferrous wear debris. Both the corrosion indicator and magnetic plug are removable for in-depth analysis, thanks to a rotatable sight glass.
If lab testing is required, the CMP has a built-in sampling valve with a pilot tube for live-zone oil sampling.
