Le Condition Monitoring Pod® (CMP®) est un outil d'inspection multiparamétrique breveté qui modernise et élargit les inspections quotidiennes d'une minute. Le CMP offre une vue à presque 360° de l'huile grâce au matériau Tritan™ ultra-durable, cristallin et résistant aux produits chimiques. La face avant plate est conçue pour l'application d'une lampe à stylo ou d'une caméra pour une inspection et une analyse plus approfondies. Un indicateur de corrosion visible signale lorsque la chimie du pétrole a changé et a commencé à attaquer les métaux vulnérables. Un bouchon magnétique visible est également prévu pour capturer et afficher les débris d'usure ferreuse. L'indicateur de corrosion et le bouchon magnétique sont tous deux amovibles pour une inspection plus approfondie grâce à un voyant rotatif. Enfin, si des tests de laboratoire sont nécessaires, le CMP dispose d'une vanne d'échantillonnage intégrée avec un tube pilote pour l'échantillonnage en zone réelle.
